Production Time

Because each piece is handcrafted and made to order, please allow UP to 7 BUSINESS days  before your order ships.  You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you need an item sooner, please email hey@moongoddess.store before placing your order to inquire about expedited availabilty and/or shipping options. 

Shipping

Domestic Shipping

USPS First Class: 2-5 days with tracking, insurance not included

USPS Priority Mail: 1-3 days with tracking + $50 insurance

USPS Express Shipping: 1-2 days delivery with tracking + $100 insurance

Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. For additional services such as insurance, please contact us via email at hey@moongoddess.store for a quote.

International Shipping

USPS First Class International: 2-6 weeks delivery, tracking not included

USPS Priority International: 6-10 business days with tracking + $200 insurance

USPS Express International: 3-5 business days + $200 insurance

International customers are responsible for any customs fees. Orders ship to the address provided at checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. For additional services such as insurance, please contact us at hey@moongoddess.store

We cannot guarantee delivery timeframes for international packages. Customs processing is unpredictable and may hold your package longer than 6 weeks. For international delays, please contact your local customs office.

We do not refund for packages lost in transit or for stolen/unretrieved packages marked as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will incur a reshipment fee. The invoice will be created for the customer and once payment is complete, we will re-ship to the correct address. 

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Exchanges are accepted on all items (except earrings). Please contact us within  5 days of receiving your item. After contact, items must be returned within 7 days or will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items must be unworn, undamaged, unaltered, and returned in original packaging with receipt of purchase.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit; we recommend adding tracking to any returned packages.

All sale items and custom items are final sale.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover) , several another payment option such as PayPal, Klarna, Shop Pay and etc.
