Refund Policy

 Hello! We don’t offer refunds due to the handmade nature of our items, but we’re happy to exchange any unsatisfactory products. You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange. After that, we can’t accept returns.


To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email. Upon approval, we’ll issue a credit for a new item.

Only regular-priced items are eligible for exchange; sale items cannot be refunded.

Defective items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it. Please email us at hey@moongoddess.store for assistance.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the item.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, they will receive a refund and will be notified of the return.

Customers are responsible for their own shipping costs for exchanges, and shipping fees are non-refundable.

For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
